About the centre:

Our client centre is located in Belfast, Christchurch, and is dedicated to providing a nurturing and stimulating environment for tamariki. The centre emphasises creativity, exploration, and play-based learning, tailored to meet the developmental needs of each child.
You’ll be welcomed into the centre by a team of dedicated kaiako, who foster a strong sense of community with a focus on helping children develop their social and emotional skills. The centre is committed to creating a warm, inclusive atmosphere where tamariki feel safe, supported, and inspired to learn.

Positions Available: Over threes, preschool teacher (opportunities for leadership)
Location: Belfast, Christchurch

What our client centre is looking for:

• Creative and adaptable teacher
• Passion for early childhood education
• Strong understanding of child development
• Excellent communication skills, clear and effective
• Skilled in building warm, nurturing relationships with tamariki, team, and whānau
• Attuned to recognising and responding to children’s individual learning needs

To be eligible you will require:

• An early childhood teaching qualification (Level 7) + registered ECE teacher
• Knowledge of child development
• Have NZ working rights and be based in NZ
• Able to start in August/September 2024
